Roast Carrots

  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Agave Syrup

Prepare a roasting tin full of carrot batons cut 1cm thick.
Add a bulb of peeled garlic cloves.
Drizzle with olive oil and Agave Syrup.
Roast (covered) for approximately 30 minutes.
